Welcome to the new Fleet Card Merchant website
Our new Fleet Card Merchant website has been developed to help improve access to information, forms and news for all existing and new Fleet Card merchants.
New merchants can download our Service Station flyer with information on joining the Fleet Card merchant network as well as access to submit a request online to obtain a full set of Merchant terms and conditions with the application form.
We have also improved our service for all of our existing merchants, providing forms to download for change of merchant details, online form for ordering new stationery and a brand new Fleet Card Hotlist Check.
That's right, our Fleet Card Hotlist has also gone electronic. In an effort to provide further convenience to our merchants our Fleet Card Hotlist Check can be accessed on our Fleet Card Merchants home page at www.fleetcard.com.au and all that is required is the registration number identified on the Fleet Card or the actual Fleet Card number to be input for accurate validation.
Downloads are also now available of our Merchant Operating Instructions, and an How To guide for completing manual sales vouchers and headers.
