Driving sustainable innovation: celebrating our achievements

At Custom Fleet, we're passionate about creating a sustainable and connected world for our community and future generations.

We believe in the power of collaboration and connection to drive real change and innovation within our business.

Even though our journey has just begun, we’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far.

Outcomes we’re proud of*

1. Achieved 100% electrification of our ANZ fleet and doubled the number of EV chargers at customer premises.
2. Reduced scope 1 & 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 44% and offset 241tCO2 emissions from air travel through our partnership with Tasman Environment Markets.
3. Received Gold certification at the AWEI LGBT Inclusion Awards and NZ Rainbow Tick certification.
4. Launched our Green Light Program to support emerging women leaders.
5. Contributed 258 volunteer hours and donated $32,217 to community organisations.

We aspire to further advance our sustainability initiatives

This includes exploring new technologies and practices to continue reducing our environmental footprint.

We aim to expand our electrification efforts beyond ANZ, embracing cleaner energy solutions across our global operations.

Additionally, we’re committed to enhancing diversity and inclusion within our organisation, supporting underrepresented groups and nurturing talent through programs like the Green Light Program.

We also remain dedicated to supporting the communities where we operate through continued community partnerships with Killara Foundation (AU), First Foundation (NZ), Clean Up Australia, and Keep New Zealand Beautiful.

Through these local organisations, we intend to make a meaningful impact and contribute positively to societal wellbeing. By aligning our business goals with broader social and environmental responsibilities, we aim to lead by example and inspire others to join us in building a more sustainable future.
